The patch fixes the RASMaker2 program (RASMaker2.exe and rl.dll) from Max Payne 2 Mod Tools so that it can unpack version 1.0 .RAS archives instead of 1.2. It was created by CTPAX-X Team. Allows unpacking .rax archives from: 3D Mark 1999 Max, 3DMark2000, XL-R8R, Video2000, 3DMark2001, and 3DMark2001 SE.
